Exactly. When I've been away from the list for awhile, my need for new optics seem to drop. When I come back (lurking), suddenly my need for that extra lens comes back.
If I don't know about it, lens lust doesn't kick in. Hence, not knowing about that great deal on ebay saves me significant pain in the pocketbook. Anyone know anything about the new 12-24/4? When will it be on the market?
