Scott,

I have bought one body and one lens from KEH, both in
EX or EX+ condition, and I had to exchange both
because of defects (an FA lens whose aperture ring
wouldn't lock at "A", and a PZ-1p body that was out of
focus and whose IR illuminator didn't work properly).

So, I'd say their quality control leaves something to
be desired, but their customer service is excellent. 
Go for it but test thoroughly.

Of course, someone on the list might have one for
you...
