The K2 DMD was available *only* in black, IIRC.
Boz's site agrees with you there. It also lists the K2 as being
available with either split-image or microprism focussing screens
(non interchangeable BTW) but doesn't say what the DMD has.
The mass and mirror lock-up (very useful with the K2's oversize
mirror)
make this my favorite macro camera.
That big mirror is also very good for using long lenses, provided you
use the lock-up.
I also use my K2 very often for macro, even though the FA100mm f/2.8
Macro lens is a bit ugly :) I use the Z-1p also for macro but it
really does need an electronic DOF preview when the lens is set to "A".
When I go digital I will probably sell my Z-1p, I might sell my LX
(it'll be difficult), and I will definitely be keeping my K2.
