I really hate the words "customer service".  Always reminds me of
something that's best left unspoken.  <g>  But customer service is
really, really important.  I don't mind paying a bit more if I know
the seller is going to back up their product.  I tend to avoid eBay
unless it's really a steal or I know the seller.
