A while back, I tried out a Kodak plug-in for blemish cleanup.  It was
quite easy to do something along these lines, just by pushing it too
far.  I ended up not buying it because I felt that it made the skin
look to plastic along with attacking everyone in the picture.
Basically it would find the skin and go to work on each person.  Quite
often I found that I only needed minor touch up of one person.
