Hi Jerome I would try to make the first on with the giraffe a bit darker and more color saturated. It does not look overexposed to me but I think you still could enhance it *if* I can trust my monitor settings :-) Maybe the elephant picture too. You could easily do some tests in Photoshop or similar taking the white and black of the zebra and the grey of the rhinoceros as reference points.
I don't know if the rocks in the lions picture are reddish in reality?
