Scott - at first glance these appear to be great shots. I don't want to get into any technical stuff right now, however, the photos are strong enough to overcome many technical shortcomings. You've captured the mood of the place through the people. That you didn't "sneak" your photos speaks well of you, and the results show it. Did you get any wider shots, showing more of the interior, in order to provide a set up and better sense of place?
