Wow, nice high-key pic, nice face, although a little washed out on my monitor. I don't like the crop, either tighter on the head or lets see more below, maybe as a vertical. The railings distract as they are, but in fact could be made a feature as they contrast nicely with the plain pavement. the pose is fine, the reflection in the glasses I hate.
