This is a Bessa R body.  I initially thought this was a photoshop job,
simply because the Bessa body only has one lever on the front. 
However, Cosina also manufactures a variation of this body for Rollei
with no levers at all on the front.  Considering that Pentax
supposedly got a patent on a rangefinder, it's certainly conceivable
that Cosina built a customized Bessa R for them.  I'm guessing that
it's a screw mount body - hence the short production 43 LTD with 39mm
thread.   Since they've not made any more of those lenses, I would say
that the Pentax Nocta is currently a pipe dream at best.  Just go buy
a Voigtlander.  It's nice that they revived the old Nocta name, even
it was DOA.
