The dead model is certainly reason to have a trial. The fact is that it has
been three years since her death and Shell being accused. He is not allowed
to leave Va. has to call into his (lack of better term) parole officer twice
daily. There was also a flap that a lot of equipment he was testing was
"taken" as evidence, then subsequently found to be "missing". So, if in fact
he is innocent, he will have a hard time writing for a living. I'm still a
believer in innocent until proven guilty. Call me paranoid but I think
someone's out to get him.
