The distance between the two point where her hands connect with that rig suggest more movement than if the hands were further apart. Her ideal handhold would be on the largest segment of lens, furthest away. That said, she probably could not maintain the poise for more than a couple of seconds. It would be akin to holding up a bucket full of water at arm's length. I'll bet she got a decent shot though, IS saves the day. Did she have a tripod or monopod at her feet?
