I think that's probably accurate. I don't think it seems odd, I think indicates a good deal of dysfunctional chaos in the company. Certainly their marketing and finance people are in an effin' pickle, that's for sure. With Nikon and Canon both having massive promotional/ advertising/product people budgets and owning something near 92% of the DSLR market share, it's a tough time to be Pentax, Konica Minolta, Fuji, etc.
