I am hoping to travel to northern Italy in late July or August, to the "picturesque lake area" north of Milan. What is especially good to photograph there, both landscape and architecture (though from what I've read so far everything there is photogenic)? And BTW where would a decently inexpensive place to stay be, for a week or two - maybe some weekly rental apartment in Milan or another city in the area?
