You certainly didn't offend me. I just wanted to clarify the point.
Compared to other resort areas, Hawaii beaches don't have lots of
"barely clothed" people. Clothing optional beaches exist, but are rare
and very difficult to find. Bathing suits, for both genders, tend to
be more conservative than in other resort areas, in my experience.
Many Hawaiian residents are in great shape, although there are, of
course, exceptions, such as my favorite Hawaiian singer, IZ, who died a
few decades ago at an early age:

I added the words, "...even Hawaii" simply because almost everone thinks
of Hawaii as a place of beaches and lots of barely clothed people.
Since I am a frequent visitor, and see how out of shape most beach
people are in Hawaii, I mentioned it by name.
