Maybe that's just because there are so many "features" it's hard to
absorb and compare.
The 2.5" LCD and the capability to use continuous AF at you leisure
re-position the DS2 over the DL, which had surpassed the DS in these
respects. This is enough a reason for making it.

Sure the DS2 is not an epoch-making release. However, it's far from
meaningless, and it helps rationalizing the Pentax offer, with a top model
(???) which is at least on top of its lower counterpart in all respects. The
D wasn't so over the DS, and the DS isn't so over the DL.
