Shel, I'm not convinced that the *ist DS is a replacement for film, but it sure is a lot of fun. And it is very close to a replacement. The quality is good, better than my scans of Kodachrome. Plus it would have been $125-$250 in film costs...essentially free. I'm having trouble reviewing all the images and finding the best. Bob
