Canon is on a roughly 2 yr replacement cycle for their 1 series bodies. it
seems that the 5 series will likely be on that schedule too. this is 4 out
of the 5 major DSLR announcements by Canon this year, i think. it depends on
if you count the 20Da as one or not. the CEO said 5 major ones this year.
