Godfrey, Could you check the Wein ID number? I looked at the B&H website and there are several offered. The one I think is correct says it has a female pc connector? Can you clarify that is what you use? Shouldn't it be male? Hmmm.

I fitted a Wein Safe Sync and triggered one of my old flash units with it connected through the PC socket. Works the same as the Sunpak 383.
