The chorus,

It doesn't seem that complicated to me. That reads as
a condescending pompous statement from one who assumes
"special" insights. Maybe I'm too uncomplicated.

When anyone reads a critique of his/her work, each
word sears the sole. Glowing adjectives intoxicate
with delight and innocuous, pleasant, patronizing
remarks sober the spirit. There is no hiding the truth
of their meaning.

Be as honest as consideration allows. Simply apply
degrees of enthusiasm by carefully selecting only
encouraging words. If someone is delusional, they will
eventually re-interpret any remarks to mean whatever
they want them to mean regardless of their intended
message.

Obviously, in the case of an international sight such
as ours, special considerations must apply. However
subtle, language barriers require particular skill to
guarantee a sensitive message is accurately received.
