So I just ordered the #195 F-100/2.8 macro recently listed at ffordes.co.uk... I thought the price seemed a bit lower than what Pentax macros usually fetch at eBay.. I guess the ones that pop up there are usually FAs, but based on Bojidar's info I'm assuming the F is essentially the same lens (and based on the pictures, I think it looks better, too...)

BTW, if anyone wants a macro-focusing teleconverter...

Just yesterday one FA (without caps) was sold on E-bay for $317.26.
That's actually a bit less than what they often go for, isn't it?

I guess you did well. (195 GBP =~ $350)
Actually, I tend to assume it's less than that, so maybe I fooled myself, but $350 also seems OK when compared to typical eBay prices...

Yeah, I do check the exchange rates from time-to-time, but regardless of what they are, inside my head, 1 GBP is approximately 10 NOK, while 1 USD is something like 7...

I am also considering buying one, but haven't decided what is better for me:
the FA-D that lighter on my schoulder but heavier[*] on my pocket (new, and thus more expensive), or
a used FA/F that is the other way around.

* It is a strange colloquial expression.
If I bought FA-D, my pocket would be lighter as well.. :-)
