The muscles we are supposed to breathe with are in the stomach region. Ask any singer. A healthy efficient breathing comes from the belly. Breathing in the chest is inefficient, you simply uses at lot of energy to pump air around inside the chest. So despite that I did notice their butts changed, I was referring to the stomach. (And that is the truth, I do swear).
