It appears that the weekend of October 8-9 is the annual Fleet Week in San Francisco. In years past, as some may know, this event has featured air shows by the Blue Angels and the appearance/open house tours of visiting naval vessels. I have not attended much in the post-9/11 years, but seeing the Blue Angels in flight are always a treat. This makes the water front a bustling area, more so than normal, I would venture.
