I thought of doing that, but bought a small Nova
processor instead.

The smallest Nova uses fairly thin plastic. Each pod is
molded with a waffle pattern to prevent paper sticking.
It is similar to the waffled bottom of some ordinary
trays.

Handlling the paper is done with Nova's special clip,
which is available for sale by itself. It has two small
needle-like pins which stick into the paper. The
resulting holes are at the edge of the paper, almost
invisible on an unmounted print, and covered by the mat
on a mounted print.

I think I would prefer a roller-drum processor instead
of the Nova unit. Roller-drums units are pretty cheap
on the used market. They accomodate various size drums
for large or small prints. The Nova requires total
darkness for color paper; with a drum processor, once
the drum is loaded, you can turn on the lights and
finish the processing.
