A wildfire started yesterday not too far from home (about 20 miles). This shot is about a 50% crop, taken with the *istD and the FA 31mm f/1.8 LTD. ISO 400, at f/2.8, 13 seconds in bulb mode.Comments welcome. http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=3697717
Tom, I see some night fire, but I don't see any night extinguishers... ;-). Very nicely done.A question, if you don't mind. Why did you use bulb mode if *istD has shutter speeds as slow as 30 secs?
