Boris, I really like this one. I don't agree that the tonality is wrong, as you have, at least on my monitor, both extreme highlights and deep black shadows. Others have talked about cropping it, but I think it would be hard to do without either placing the lectern too close to the frame or losing the subtle lighting in the top right corner. Compositionally, the placing of the lectern and the angles of the chairs is perfect: I might want a visual conclusion to that eye-line, as I then find nothing at the end of it except the pillars and windows (the crucifix on the altar is just a little off-line).
Overall, I'd be very happy to have taken this one!
