Reply: Cause the Americans can't spell anything as difficult as Man-frot-to.
That would be three syllables. Even Bo-gen they sometimes get wrong. Just
look at what they've done to colour, and through, just to name a few. They
are trying to reduce the language down to monosyllabic grunts as that's
about all they can manage.
