LOL ... I recall someone on another list discovering this with
another camera and making a big stink about "this awful defect and
faulty design". Others got so annoyed by his whingeing that they
started running a competition to see how far they could launch the
card. He finally shut up.
Press in to release the catch, let the card out with your finger on
the end of it. That's all.

Someone else may have mentioned this, but it's worth repeating,

for new DS users. I went to remove the SD card from the camera and
SPROING! the sukka flew across the room. Be careful boys and
girls, you
may have a DS with a supercharged release thingy. It's not too big
of a
deal if it ends up across the room, but if the card gets away from you
while you're outside, there's no telling how far it'll fly or if
you'll be
able to find it.
