I was thinking about being in Florence on thursday, so either
wed-thu or thu-fri could do well for me (I'd prefer to be at
Tecno2000 on thursday morning, even late, though - there should
be all the technicians I need to talk to, if I'm right).
The room sharing is a good idea, I will definitely travel - by
car, most probably - alone (Veronica wil be working all the week
long). I have no knowledge of the Florence hotels though. Gonna
search a bit to find a cheap one.
My first idea was to leave on a late afternoon, spend the night
in Rome (at the usual friend's house) and then go on to Florence
the morning after (and getting back to Naples the on same day).
I could indeed spend another night in Florence or elsewhere in
Toscana (Siena and surroundings could be a good idea too - ever
been there? wonderful places...).
>From Napoli it's a 5 hour trip, take or leave, so I would like
to avoid to do that all at once (at least northbound), but it is
manageable...
