IMNSHO, those rolls are toast. Oh, but not because of
being left in your truck; just because they're Kodak
MAX 800. ;-)

A few years ago I left an expired roll of SFW film on the
dashboard of my car for I-forget-how-many weeks after it
was exposed (which means it was more vulnerable to damage
than unexposed film, as I understand things). Just to
find out what would happen. The pictures came out with a
funny (but neat-looking) blue cast. Someone else on this
list later put a roll of film in the oven for a while and (IIRC)
didn't see any shift.

I used to keep a cheap plastic camera loaded with Fuji Super
HG 1600 in the glove box of my car -- maybe not as hot as
your front seat, but certainly not cool. That was my just-in-case
camera, for the times I somehow managed to leave the house without
a Pentax. It usually took me a month or two to get through
the roll (I usually remember to bring a real camera with me).
While there may or may not have been contrast/speed changes (not
like I'd notice contrast problems with that film -- I'm really
looking forward to the new version -- or speed problems with that
camera), the photos from those rolls looked fine.

If you're going to be shooting something colour-critical where
everything has to be _just_so_, you might want to go with film
that hasn't been heated *just*in*case*, but then you'd probably
be shooting Kodak Supra or Portra or something from Fuji instead
of MAX. :-P (Don't mind me -- I'm in a bratty mood this morning.)
For pretty much anything else, I wouldn't worry about that film at
all. I wouldn't want to treat HIE or EIR that way, but if I goofed
and let a couple rolls of just about any other emulsion get that hot,
once, for a few hours, I wouldn't be too concerned. (But I'd try not
to make a habit of it.)
