No, it's not.

The Meter, AF unit, flash circuitry and other associated circuitry is common between all the *ists except the DL (Which obviously has a different AF unit). There's extra circuitry in the DSLR's and probably different main boards, but much of the circuitry that is camera-related (As opposed to digital specific) will be common.
