I know that this is advice for someone else, but i was going to carry on the
way i did it
on my
windoiws machine, and that is copy files to a directroy then go from there.
Thanks for the iPhoto info. I;'ll be carefull on how i use it at first,.

a directory folder. Don't use I-Photo
for download. He can then copy the files right from the folder to your CD. He
can still
import them into I-Photo for other purposes. All he has to do is click the
import button
in I-Photo and show it where the folder is located. If he's using I-Photo to
modify pics,
he shouldn't be. Tell him to scrounge up a free copy of PS Elements and use
that.
