The plan is to meet on October 8th. The airshow that is going on that weekend will have the Red Bull air races starting at 12:45. The recommended places to view from are the Aquatic Park and Marina Green. I am going to have to rely on those familiar with the city to help determine where we might want to meet and do our shooting. We are sort of planning on doing some street oriented photography.
My thought is to meet around 10:30 and learn a little from those familiar with this genre. Then a little shooting, lunch, maybe catch the air races and some more shooting and dinner for those so inclined. Then call it a day. For those who have attended in the past, this has always been a very fun event - nice to meet up with friends and meet the newcomers.
