No, bad English on my part. I meant a person who has a profession, but still does not excel in their craft (profession).
Absolutely. But craftsmanship is a state of mind. If you are a craftsman in a field, it's becuase you show an interest in craftmanship.
I totally disagree. Unless word "craftsmanship" means something different than "profession" and that difference escapes me.
I discovered that this interest is transportable.
Indeed it is.
However, my old junky tools just were't able to make straight cuts, so no level of craftsmanship was going to help.
