I noticed the "deer in the headlights" look too. Oh well...there's always PhotoShop I suppose!
They are doing a sort of funk-based music which is difficult to describe. They are a local (to Minneapolis, MN, USA) band called "Greazy Meal" and I think there are audio samples on their website at www.greazymeal.com if you are interested. Click on the "multimedia" link on the left-hand side. Any of the first 4 tracks from their "Visualize World Greaze" should give you a hint of what they are about.
