For static subjects it makes no difference to me.
AF lenses are "looser" which means I can focus them faster with less
effort, but they're no more or less precise. I still prefer the feel
of an old K-series lens.
On my Z-1p both types are difficult because the only focussing aid is
that accursed green hexagon thing. I just want a microprism spot in
the middle of the finder, like my K2 and 6x7 have.
When trying to photograph something moving I won't bother with manual
focus unless DOF is going to save me.
