Thanks Jens.  I'll keep that in mind.  My flash is
too badly broken for a new compartment door to
be enough though.  The little plastic door where the
latch fits is broken too so nothing short of a new
body will do.  Till that day comes I will have to
own a flash and a rubber band to keep it together.
