There was a third party manufacture, (very small operation), machining
battery grips for the z/PZ-1p from aluminum. I used to have a bookmark,
but that was a couple of upgrades and a hard disk crash ago. I did a
web search just now but couldn't find them, (didn't try very hard just
looked at the first couple of pages of links returned by Google).
Someone on the list may still have that link since it was posted here.

The ergpnomics are great w/o the grip, IMO. It's not a battery holder
grip either, so that may have a bearing on its desirabiity.
