There are none, yet.
I have the Zenitar 16/2.8 Fish Eye, which is a full-frame fisheye on
24x36 format. It's an excellent lens for $130 or so, new. Here's a
full-frame picture taken with the DS to give you an idea of the
coverage and distortion:
