I don't think that's the same lens. There is a SMC Pentax 1:4 300 mm listed
at Bojidar Dimitrov's K-mount page. OTOH, it may be the same optical formula
as the Takumar. According to Mike Johnstons reply in the thread about
different lens versions ("what do the letters on the lens mean?") this lens
probably belongs to the earliest K-mount series introduced 1975, which in
many cases were optically identical with the last screw mount Takumars.
Nevertheless, if it's in good condition 150 USD should be cheap for any
Pentax K-mount 300 mm!

I just used my SMC Takumar 300 f4 lens at an airshow. Results were very
good. The Takumar is a screw mount lens. I used the K-adapter to mount it
on my PZ1-p camera. I have an ESII to use it on, but I wanted to use the
motor drive capability of the newer Pentax.
$150 sounds really good to me.
