The "D" has two rather nice embroded logos on the strap. I may try to get hold of an extra camera strap to be able to add a "*ist D" on my vest :-)

Usually for local sports clubs and school teams, etc. They have a a machine that scans an original and then precision stitches it onto the garment for you. I assume it could be stiched onto a patch to go over the present one. Don't know what the deal would be with copyrighted stuff.
