You'd better look for Elite II because it has hardware based dust and scratches removal (ICE) - it saves a lot of time. Dual IV does it via software and only removes dust, but is is far from being 50% as good as true ICE. And because it is slightly older scanner than Dual IV, you should find one used for similar price to newer one.
