The vast majority of my 35mm prints are full-frame, too.  Anything
with the black rebate is full-frame, if I crop, there'll be no border.

As for the exposure, I used a hand-held Weston that I would estimate
to be about 40 years old - paid $5 for it on eBay.  It seems to work
okay for outdoor lighting.  As for the development, I'll pass your
kudos on to Robert, the owner/operator of the lab I use.
