Sadly, yes.I also learned today that a number of nations are breaking the non-proliferation agreement, and not only Iran refuse to give IAEA access to inspect their facilities. USA's production of the new so-called "smart" nuclear bombs is one example, and Pakistan, India and Israel has also been mentioned.
