Hello Adelheid and all, I vote "YES".
I agree that it's gotten easier, we've gotten more skilled, and posting a single picture as in a PAW, whether on photo.net or our own sight is not a problem.
I do wish there were more PUG participants overall, and I think "Kitsch" was a theme that may have just not appealed to many people (it didn't to me). I don't feel the need to personally comment on every PUG, PAW, or PESO shot. Those that I particularly enjoy are the ones I usually comment on.
What I do enjoy about the PUG is that it sometimes prods me to 'think outside the box', working with a theme I wouldn't have otherwise chosen.
To me, it is still valuable. Friends and colleagues have enjoyed it and they know little about photography or Pentax.
