Wow, thanks, Christian. Perhaps I'll have to re-evaluate my own somewhat less effusive opinion of that shot! Perhaps I'll even make myself a proper print of it. Putting the camera on a tripod and using the 15mm lens at f/11 pretty much takes care of the sharp landscape front-to-back <g> I really like using an ultra-wide lens and making shots that don't shout that they were taken with an ultra-wide. -- Mark Roberts Photography and writing www.robertstech.com
