A ciuple of weeks ago, I posed the follwing question (after a few typos were
gotten out of the way)...:
"Do you find it easier to focus a manual focus lens or to manually
focus an autofocus lens."
The responses indicate that there is no difference in ease of focus between
the two, all else being equal (lens maximum aperture and lens quality at
maximum aperture).
One thing that was noted was that often, focus throw is oten longer on
manual focus lenses, and this can make them easier to focus than an auto
focus lens being focused manually.
