I took the picture of the girls with the ice-cream cones, and I did so with some trepidation. That was shot in the same town were I was stopped and searched for allegedly shooting children -- which I hadn't done. Apparently the cops there believe that it's illegal to shoot children that aren't your own. Period.

I think it fails the second part -- at least, *I* can't see how it can
be supposed to provoke sexual interest (or however that was phrased.)
IF, however, any of you *can* see that, please do not enlighten me.

It all depends on the viewer. The problem with this law is that it relies on
someones' opinion.
