Unfortunately most buyers won't even look there. They assume
that the stuff they are getting is legitimate. I aught to know
I bought a stolen lens on e-bay. The first I found out about it was
when I was contacted by the Police in the jurisdiction where the
lens was stolen. Lucky for me the victim just wanted the guilty
party prosecuted and only wanted a deposition from me. If they had
asked for the lens back I would have felt honor bound to return it.
