Yes, and I'm still on the prowl for a proper camera tube for it.
It would be interesting to dedicate a DSLR to a microscope. I would expect
that the moving mirror could be made redundant fairly quickly.
The istD moving mirror and shutter is pretty well damped, BTW. I would hope
the 2 second prefire would be enough time to let things settle down with a
solid microscope.
