Shouldn't that be prevention, I mean, if you're protecting cruelty to animals it's inhuman...

Someone I know is a full time animal photog, specialising in dogs. He
used to be an RSPCA (Royal Society for the Protection of Cruelty to
Animals) inspector whose hobby was photography. Eventually the weekend
snapping started making him as much money as his day-job, so he resigned
and does it full time. He has written several books on the subject of
animal photography, especially portraiture.
